Our story starts in the Netherlands, when Guide ID’s founder, Frits Polman, wanted to change how visitors experience museums. His ambition was to open visitors minds and ensure all visitors leave the museum with their senses enhanced. 

This ambition was translated to the creation of Guide ID’s Podcatcher audio guide and since 2003 we have been connecting museums and heritage fields with their visitors.
